In March 2025, ArriTec embarked on an innovative project to design and develop a stone sample display rack tailored to the unique requirements of a Dubai-based client. This stone sample display rack project marked a groundbreaking "zero-to-one" achievement, as the team transformed the client’s vision into a functional and visually striking solution for showcasing tile display racks, specifically catering to ceramic, carpet, and floor tiles. With a focus on precision and adaptability, ArriTec successfully navigated the challenges of custom design, material optimization, and rigorous testing, culminating in a product now entering its final production phase for a tile display racks.
Client-Centric Design Process of stone sample display rack
The client approached ArriTec with a clear objective: to create a modular ceramic tile display rack capable of accommodating varying sample sizes and configurations. Dubai’s luxury interior design market demanded a solution that balanced aesthetics, durability, and space efficiency. ArriTec’s engineering team began by analyzing the client’s specifications, including tile dimensions (ranging from 20x20cm ceramic tiles floor tile display rack panels) and the need for shelving to showcase up to 60 samples per unit tile display racks.

From Prototyping to Production of tile display racks
By April 2025, ArriTec transitioned into prototyping. We all know that the stone or ceramice is heavy, so stone sample display rack need to be heavy duty. Initial prototypes underwent stress tests to evaluate weight capacity (up to 100kg per shelf) and stability in high-traffic environments.
The pre-production of ceramic tile display rack phase involved laser-cutting components to minimize waste and ensure millimeter-level accuracy. enabling clients to reconfigure tile display racks without tools—a feature particularly praised for the floor tile display rack segment, where large-format tiles require flexible spacing.

In May 2025, ArriTec initiated mass production following ceramic tile display rack quality checks. Each ceramic tile display rack unit is now being assembled using automated welding systems to guarantee structural integrity. The production line carpet tile display rack incorporates real-time monitoring to detect deviations, ensuring consistency across 500 units slated for delivery by late May.
Notably, the carpet tile display rack modules include anti-slip rubber bases, addressing safety concerns in showroom settings. For the stone sample display rack, UV-resistant coatings were applied to prevent color fading under Dubai’s intense sunlight—a detail reflecting ArriTec’s commitment to longevity.

After all testing done for carpet tile display rack, we will start to cutting and welding and final powder coated course.
